Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: May 8, 2026
AI for Your Day is a reader-supported publication. Some of the links on this site are affiliate links — when you click through and sign up for a tool, the company may pay me a small commission. The price you pay is exactly the same. The commission comes out of the company's marketing budget, not your pocket.
How I decide what to recommend
I recommend tools I would recommend without the affiliate relationship. My process:
- I test or vet tools before writing about them.
- If I haven't actually used a tool, I say so explicitly.
- If a tool is bad, I either don't write about it or I say it's bad.
- I update articles when tools change — pricing, features, or quality.
Affiliate status does not influence whether a tool gets a positive review. If anything, I'm harder on tools I'm an affiliate for, because my recommendation directly translates into signups.
Where you'll see this
Every article that contains affiliate links shows a disclosure banner near the top — a note that reads, in plain English, that some links may earn me a commission. I do this in addition to this dedicated page because I think you should see the disclosure where the links actually appear.
Programs I'm part of
As of the date above, I'm a participant in (or have applied to) various affiliate programs including but not limited to Amazon Associates, ShareASale, Impact, PartnerStack, CJ Affiliate, and direct programs run by individual AI tool companies. The list changes as I add new programs and drop ones that aren't a good fit.
